  • 32 oz canned refried beans
  • 1.5 cups mild guacamole Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 oz mild taco seasoning
  • 16 oz chunky mild salsa
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups fiesta blend cheese You can swap for your favorite cheese.
  • 2.25 oz sliced black olives
  • 1 cup roma tomatoes, diced Fresh tomatoes recommended.
  • 0.5 cup green onions, chopped

Preparation

  • In a large serving dish, spread the refried beans evenly.
  • Layer the guacamole on top of the beans.
  • Spread the sour cream over the guacamole.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly on the sour cream.
  • Pour the chunky salsa over the sour cream layer.
  • Add the shredded lettuce as the next layer.
  • Top with fiesta blend cheese, followed by the sliced black olives.
  • Finally, sprinkle diced roma tomatoes and green onions on top.

Notes

Serve with crunchy tortilla chips. For a healthier option, add fresh veggies. This dip is best served cold, so keep it in the fridge until serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
