Ingredients
  

For the Dip Layers

  • 32 oz canned refried beans Base layer
  • 1.5 cups mild guacamole Second layer
  • 2 cups sour cream Mixed with taco seasoning for flavor
  • 1 oz mild taco seasoning For mixing with sour cream
  • 16 oz chunky mild salsa Fourth layer
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce Fifth layer
  • 2 cups fiesta blend cheese Sixth layer
  • 2.25 oz sliced black olives Garnish
  • 1 cup roma tomatoes Chopped for garnish
  • 0.5 cup green onions Chopped for garnish

Assembly

  • In a large serving dish, spread the refried beans on the bottom as the first layer.
  • Next, add a layer of guacamole.
  • Spread the sour cream mixed with taco seasoning over the guacamole.
  • Add the chunky salsa as the fourth layer.
  • Sprinkle shredded lettuce over the salsa.
  • Add fiesta blend cheese on top of the lettuce.
  • Garnish with sliced black olives, chopped roma tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Can be customized with different ingredients. For extra flavor, use fresh ingredients like homemade guacamole or fresh tomatoes. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
