- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. You can freeze the fudge in a freezer-safe container for longer storage. To enjoy, let thaw in the fridge or at room temperature.
