Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour with 1 cup shredded cheese.
  • Mix thoroughly until they form a dough.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into your desired shapes—squares or triangles work well.

Baking

  • Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

Cooling

  • Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for around 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Add garlic powder, onion powder, or herbs into the dough for extra flavor. Ensure your almond flour is fresh, and avoid rolling out dough unevenly.
