  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning powder or one full packet

Preparation

  • Add a 16 oz container of cottage cheese to a blender with one packet of ranch seasoning powder (or 3 tablespoons).
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables, whole grain crackers, toasted pita bread, or your favorite potato chips.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Mix again before serving. Freezing is not recommended as the texture may change.
