Preparation

  • Chill your copper mug or glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl or shaker, muddle the blueberries with lemon juice and honey until juicy and blended.
  • Place a fine mesh strainer over a mixing glass and strain the blueberry mixture to remove pulp.
  • Fill your chilled mug with ice, pour in the strained blueberry mix, then top with ginger beer.
  • Stir gently to blend the flavors without losing the fizz.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice.
  • Serve immediately while it’s icy cold and fizzy.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. If you have leftovers, store the blueberry mixture in the fridge for up to 24 hours in a sealed container. Avoid storing the completed drink to maintain carbonation.
