Wendy’s Chili

Ingredients:
2 pounds (900 g) ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (14.5 oz / 411 g each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (16 oz / 454 g) kidney beans, undrained
1 can (16 oz / 454 g) pinto beans, undrained
1 can (15 oz / 425 g) tomato sauce
1 cup (240 ml) water
1 tablespoon chili powder
