  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cup unwrapped Rolos, halved

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and unwrapped Rolos.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. For the ganache, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until just simmering.
  10. Remove from heat, add the dark chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
  11. Once the brownies are cooled, drizzle the ganache over the top and sprinkle the halved Rolos.
  12. Allow to set before cutting into squares and serving.
